Can I use the platform and the API separately?
Yes. Take the platform workspace, or take the API on its own. The API plan does not include inbox, campaigns or automations.
Can customers connect their own WhatsApp account?
Yes. The connection flow provides QR and phone-number pairing. Provider credentials stay internal.
Can I create multiple API keys?
Yes. API keys can be scoped to selected permissions and WhatsApp accounts, then rotated and revoked from the developer portal.
Is this the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API?
Linked-device connections are not Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. An official provider can be offered later as a separate connection type.
